How do I get my licence key after paying?
It's shown on screen as soon as your payment goes through, and it's always in My Account — just log in with the email and password you chose at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. In My Account you can switch plans (the new plan starts at your next renewal) or cancel. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How many browsers can I use?
It depends on your plan — Starter covers 1 browser, Pro up to 3, and Agency & Enterprise unlimited. My Account shows how many you're using.
Where are my saved ads stored?
In your own browser, on your computer. Your licence and account details are stored on our server; your swipe file is not.
